Pacific Broadband and Digital Equity (PBDE) is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 2023 by Peter Dresslar to serve the needs of United States Pacific territories and insular areas. PBDE is a trusted partner for broadband and digital equity teams and community anchor institutions throughout the region. We deliver regular updates and on-demand analysis that connects national and federal program trends and deadlines to real-world conditions facing the teams we serve. We deliver implementation assistance with flexible engagement capabilities, seeking to provide detours around hiring barriers and capacity boosts when and where needed. Finally, we help coordinate the collective strength of the region, advocating vigorously for the resources and assistance necessary to provide true equity and inclusion for all its peoples.
